DiSTI’s groundbreaking new software tool allows users to easily produce compelling 3D interactive training content from 3ds Max files in less time than it takes to make a video. Since its unveiling at I/ITSEC 2011, Replic8 is now available for a trial download.

DiSTI will hold two 4-hour long Replic8 Training Classes on June 13, 2012 free of charge for those who are interested in gaining hands-on experience with the guidance of a Replic8 expert. Classes will be held at DiSTI's new Orlando office and will included lunch.

My kidneys still hurt. DiSTI attended the World Aviation Training Conference and Tradeshow (WATS) in Orlando this week. The conference was held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort and hosted an impressive cast of training and simulation experts. If you’ve been by to see us at I/ITSEC, you’ve seen the one and only show we go all out on each year. All of our other show appearances involve simple 10x10 booths. At WATS we were privileged to have some great display hardware supplied by Christie Digital. It really made the booth pop, but we had to get it to the show first.

At WATS 2012, DiSTI will present, "Virtual Maintenance Training: Using Technology to Shrink the Training Gap". DiSTI will also be exhibiting in booth 102.

“Please evacuate the exhibit hall.” I’ve lost count of the number of trade shows I have either attended or exhibited. I couldn’t even wager a guess. Yet, after all this time, I’ve had another first this week, and in retrospect, texting my wife in the midst of taking shelter from impending tornados was probably a bad idea.
